My Focus

Data, but through business. I don’t just crunch numbers, I listen to them, find the hidden narrative, and craft a story that turns insights into action. Each dataset becomes a plot, each trend a character, and I guide the story so decisions aren’t just informed.....they’re inspired.

🚀

My Motivation

Growth is my constant and improvement is necessary. Every day, I hope to be a better version of myself, driven by continuous learning, whether its simple curiosity or a deeper goal of becoming a more well-rounded business professional.

A Different Kind of Experience

Some experiences change the way you see the world. This was one of them.

Niraja and her project teammates standing in front of the Final Joint Pitch 2026 screen at Nagoya University

Through the AI & Automation for Tomorrow's Society program with the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business and Nagoya University, I worked alongside students in Japan to tackle one of the country's most complex challenges: its shrinking and aging population.

What made the experience unique was that we weren't given a defined business problem to solve. We had to make sense of the problem ourselves, using cross-cultural design thinking, market research, and stakeholder insights to turn a societal challenge into a viable business concept. From there, we built the business case, evaluating financials, regulatory considerations, and the processes needed to make the solution work.

Then we built it. Using AI-powered development and prototyping tools, we turned our strategy into a functional prototype, tested the workflows, and iterated as our thinking evolved. We ultimately presented the solution to a panel and defended our assumptions and decisions through live questioning.

The experience taught me what happens when you combine business strategy, technology, and the willingness to build before everything is figured out, taking an ambiguous problem all the way from an idea to something tangible enough to test, challenge, and defend.
